General Description
The 100390isahex translatorfor converting F100K logic
levelsto TTL logic levels. Unlike other level translators,the
100390 operates using only one a5V supply. Differential
inputs allow each circuittobe usedasan inverting, non-
inverting,or differential receiver.An internal reference gen-
erator provides VBBfor single-ended operation. The stan-
dard FASTÉ TRI-STATEÉ outputsare enabledbya com-
mon activelow TTL compatibleOE input. Partitioned VCCs chipare broughtouton separate power pins, allowing
the noisy TTLVCC power planetobe isolated fromthe rela-
tively quiet ECL VCC. The 100390is idealfor applications
limitedtoa single a5V supply, allowingfor easy ECLtoTTL
Interfacing.
