General Description
The 100341 contains eight edge-triggered, D-type flip-flops
with individual inputs(Pn)and outputs (Qn)for parallel oper-
ation,and with serial inputs (Dn)and steering logicfor bidi-
rectional shifting. The flip-flops accept input dataa setup
time beforethe positive-going transitionofthe clock pulse
and their outputs responda propagation delay afterthisris-
ing clock edge.
The circuit operating modeis determinedbythe Selectin-
putsS0andS1, whichare internally decoded toselect either
‘‘parallel entry’’, ‘‘hold’’, ‘‘shift left’’or ‘‘shift right’’asde-
scribedinthe Truth Table.All inputs have50kX pull-down
resistors.
