CMOS ASYNCHRONOUS FIFO 2048 x 9, 4096 x 9, 8192 x 9 and 16384 x 9 The IDT7206-L25J is a high-speed, low-power, 16K x 9 asynchronous FIFO (First-In, First-Out) memory device manufactured by Integrated Device Technology (IDT).
