Zener Diodes The part 1N3311 is a semiconductor diode manufactured by MSC (Micro Semiconductor Corp). It is a silicon rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 1A. The diode has a forward voltage drop of 1V at 1A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5µA at its rated voltage. It is designed for general-purpose rectification applications and is available in a DO-41 package.
