The TXB0102 deviceisa 2-bit noninverting translator
that uses two separate configurable power-supply
rails. TheA portis designedto track VCCA. VCCA
accepts any supply voltage from 1.2Vto 3.6V. The portis designedto track VCCB. VCCB accepts any
supply voltage from 1.65Vto 5.5V. This allows for
universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between
anyof the 1.2-V, 1.5-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V
voltage nodes. VCCA must not exceed VCCB.
When the output-enable (OE) inputis low,all outputs
are placedin the high-impedance state.
This deviceis fully specified for partial-power-down
applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the
outputs when the deviceis powered down. This
inhibits current backflow into the device which
prevents damageto the device. must be tiedto GND througha pulldown resistor assure the high-impedance state during power up power down; the minimum valueof the resistoris
determined by the current-sourcing capabilityof the
driver.
