DESCRIPTION

The TS834isa voltage supervisor providing two
different outputs (one active low and one active
high) with anintegratedtimer that canbedisabled. incorporatesa high stability bandgap voltageref-
erence anda comparator with open drain output.
The threshold voltageissetat 4.33Vby internal
thermally matched resistors.
The comparator exhibitsa 20μs response (with
10mV overdrive). internal hysteresisof 100mV increases the
comparator noise marginandpreventsfalse reset
operation.
