DESCRIPTION

The TS831 ultralow power integrated circuit incor-
poratesa high stability band-gap voltage refer-
ence anda comparator with open drain output.
The threshold voltageissetat 4.33Vfor TS831-5,
4.5Vfor TS831-4 and 2.71Vfor TS831-3by inter-
nal thermally matched resistances.
The comparator exhibitsa 20μs response (with
10mV overdrive)and hasan open drain outputac-
tive when input voltageis lower thanthe threshold. internal hysteresis, 100mV for TS831-4/
TS831-5 and 60mVfor TS831-3, increases the
comparator’s noise margin and prevents falsere-
set operation.
