DESCRIPTION

The TS274 seriesare low cost, low power quad
operational amplifiers designedto operate with
singleor dual supplies. These operational amplifi-
ers usethe SGS-THOMSON silicon gate CMOS
process allowingan excellent consumption-speed
ratio. These seriesare ideally suitedforlow con-
sumption applications.
Three power consumptionsare available allowing have alwaysthe best consumption-speed ratio: ICC=10μA/amp.: TS27L4 (very lowpower) ICC= 150μA/amp.: TS27M4 (low power) ICC= 1mA/amp.: TS274 (high speed)
These CMOS amplifiers offer very high inputim-
pedance and extremelylow input currents.
The major advantage versus JFET devicesisthe
verylow input currents drift with temperature
(see figure2).
