Restart Feature Features 3 DescriptionThe TPS22941/2/3/4/5 load switches provide Input Voltage Range: 1.62Vto 5.5V protection to systems and loads in high-current• Low ON resistance conditions. The devices containa 0.4-Ω current- rON= 0.4Ωat VIN= 5.5V limited P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an
input voltage rangeof 1.62Vto 5.5V. Currentis– rON= 0.5Ωat VIN= 3.3V prevented from flowing when the MOSFETis off. The– rON= 0.6Ωat VIN= 2.5V switchis controlledby an on/off input (ON), whichis– rON= 0.8Ωat VIN= 1.8V capableof interfacing directly with low-voltage control
