The TC9097F is a time-compressing LSI for displaying a
decoded picture of a 4 : 3 aspect ratio NTSC/PAL
broadcast on a 16 : 9 aspect ratio TV screen.
FEATURES
0 Has 3 mode : mode for 1/2 and 3/4 time-compression
of picture only of the luma and chroma signals, and no-
compression mode
0 When using 1/2 and 3/4 compression processing it
performs side-panel addition
