DUAL 2-INPUT OR GATE
The TC7W32 is a high speed CMOS 2-INPUT OR GATE
fabricated with silicon gate CZMOS technology.
It achives the high speed operati
on similar to equivalent
LSTTL while maintaining the CZMOS low power
dissipation.
The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including
buffer output, which enables high noise immunity and
stable output.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against
static discharge or transient excess voltage.
