HIGH FREQUENCY SECONDARY RECTIFIER
The TURBOSWITCH "R" is an ultra high
performance diode.
This TURBOSWITCH family, which drastically
cuts lossesin associated MOSFET when runat
high dIF/dt,is suited for HF OFF-Line SMPS and
DC/DC converters.
