Single Schottky rectifier suited to Switched Mode
Power Supplies and high frequency DC to DC con-
verters, freewheel diode and integrated circuit
latch up protection.
Packaged in SMA and SMB, this device is espe-
cially intended for use in parallel with MOSFETs in
synchronous rectification.
