DESCRIPTION

The MDmesh™isa new revolutionary MOSFET tech-
nology that associates the Multiple Drain process with
the Company’s PowerMESH™ horizontal layout. The
resulting product has an outstanding low on-resis-
tance, impressively high dv/dt and excellent avalanche
