These 16-bit buffers/drivers are designed specifically for low-voltage (3.3-V)V operation, but with the
capabilityto providea TTL interfacetoa system environment.
These devices are noninverting 16-bit composedof two 8-bit sections with separate output-enable
signals. For either 8-bit buffer section, the output-enable (1OE1 and 1OE2or 2OE1 and 2OE2) inputs must low for the correspondingY outputsto active.If either output-enable inputis high, the outputsof that 8-bit
buffer section arein the high-impedance
WhenVCCis between0 and 1.5V, the devices arein the high-impedance state duringupor power down.
However,to ensure the high-impedance above 1.5V, OE should be tiedtoVa pullup resistor; valueof the resistoris determinedby the current-sinking capabilityof the bus-holdto holdor floating data inputsata valid logic level. devices are for usingIoff and power-up 3-state.
