The 'LVTH162240 devices are 16-bit buffers/drivers designed specifically for low-voltage (3.3-V) VCC operation
andto improve both the performance and densityof 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and
bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. They have the capabilityto providea TTLtoa 5-V system
environment.
These devices can be used as four 4-bit two 8-bit buffers,or one 16-bit buffer and provide inverting symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE) inputs. whichto source sink upto 12 mA, include equivalent series resistorsto overshoot undershoot. VCCis between0 1.5V, devices high-impedance state duringupor power down.to ensure the 1.5V, should be tiedto VCCa pullup resistor; minimum valueby the current-sinking capabilityof the
