JESD17 ESD Protection Exceeds JESD22 2000-V Human-Body Model (A114-A) 1000-V Charged-Device Model (C101)This 16-bit buffer/driveris designed for 1.65-Vto 3.6-V VCC operation and providesa high-performance bus
interface for wide paths.
The 3-state controlisa 2-input AND gate with active-lowso that,if either output-enable (OE1or OE2)
inputis high,all outputs arein the high-impedance state.
Inputs canbe driven from either 3.3-Vor 5-V devices. This allows the useof these devicesas translatorsa mixed 3.3-V/5-V system environment.
Active bus-hold circuitry holds unusedor undriven inputsat logic state. Useof pullupor pulldown resistors
with the bus-holdis not recommended.
