This SN74LVC1G139 2-to-4 line decoderis designed
for 1.65-Vto 5.5-V VCC operation.
The SN74LVC1G139 2-line to 4-line decoder is
designedto be usedin high-performance memory-
decodingor data-routing applications requiring very
short propagation delay times.In high-performance
memory systems, this decoder can be used to
minimize the effectsof system decoding. When used
with high-speed memories usinga fast enable circuit,
the delay timesof these decoders and the enable
timeof the memory usually are less than the typical
access timeof the memory. This means that the
effective system delay introduced by the decoderis
negligible.
NanoStar and NanoFree package technologyisa
major breakthroughin device packaging concepts,
using the dieas the package.
This deviceis fully specified for partial-power-down
applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the
outputs, preventing damaging current backflow
through the device whenitis powered down.
