improve the performance and density of 3-state
memory address drivers, clock drivers, and
bus-oriented and transmitters.
symmetrical output-enable (OE) inputs. ensure the high-impedance state during power upor down, OE should be tiedto VCC througha pullup
resistor; the valueof the resistoris determined the current-sinking capabilityof the driver.
This device fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. TheIoff circuitry disables the outputs,
preventing current backflow through the device whenitis powered down.
