designed for 1.65-Vto 3.6-V VCC operation.
The SN74ALVCH16269is used in applicationsin
which two separate ports must be multiplexed onto, demultiplexed from,a single port. The deviceis
particularly suitable as an interface between
synchronous DRAMs and high-speed
microprocessors.
Datais stored the internal B-port on the
low-to-high transitionof the clock (CLK) input when
the appropriate (CLKENA) inputs are
low. Proper of these inputs allows two
sequential 12-bit wordsto be presented asa 24-bit
word on theB For data transferin the B-to-A
direction,a single storage registeris provided. The
select (SEL) line selects 1B or 2B data for theA
outputs. The on theA output permits the
fastest possible transfer, extending the period
during which theis valid on the bus. The control
terminals are so that all transactions are
synchronous with CLK. Data flowis controlledby the
active-low output (OEA, OEB1, OEB2).
