Data flow from A to Y is controlled by the
output-enable (OE) input. The device operatesin the
transparent mode the latch-enable (LE) inputis
high. When LE low, theA datais latchedif the
clock (CLK) input heldata highor low logic level.Ifis low, theAis storedin the latch/flip-flop on
the low-to-highof CLK. When OEis high,
the outputs are high-impedance state. ensure the high-impedance state during power up power down, should be tiedto VCC througha
pullup resistor; minimum valueof the resistoris
determined by current-sinking capability of the
driver.
The output port includes equivalent 26-Ω series
resistorsto reduce overshoot and undershoot.
