June 1996 NDS8433 Single P-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor General Description Features These P-Channel enhancement mode power field effect -5.2A, -20V. R = 0.055W @ V = -4.5V DS(ON) GS R = 0.075W @ V = -2.7V. transistors are produced using Fairchild's proprietary, high cell DS(ON) GS density, DMOS technology. This very high density process is High density cell design for extremely low R DS(ON). especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and provide High power and current handling capability in a widely used superior switching performance.
