AdvancedUltra small MicroPak leadless package Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low High Speed; t <8 ns typ, V = 5V, C = 15 pF PD CC L power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes inherently Low Quiescent Power; I <1 μA typ, V = 5.5V guard both inputs and outputs with respect to the V and CC CC CC GND rails. High gain circuitry offers high noise immunityBalanced Output Drive; 2 mA I , −2 mA I OL OH and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTL-com- TTL-compatible inputs patible inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS/CMOS interfacing. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with ½ the output current drive of HC/HCT.
