General Description
The MM54C221/MM74C221 dual monostable multivibratora monolithic complementary MOS integrated circuit. Each
multivibrator featuresa negative-transition-triggered input
anda positive-transition-triggered input, eitherof whichcan usedasan inhibit input,anda clear input.
Once fired,the output pulsesare independentof further
transitionsoftheAandB inputs andarea functionofthe
external timing components CEXT and REXT. The pulse
widthis stable overa wide rangeof temperatureand VCC.
Pulse stabilitywillbe limitedbythe accuracyof external
timing components. The pulse widthis approximatelyde-
finedbythe relationship tW(OUT)& CEXT REXT.For further
