General Description
The MAX526NAX527 contain four 12-bit. voltage-output digi-
tal-to-ana og converters (DACS) Precision output buffer
amplifiers are includeo on-chip to Drovide voltage outputs.
The MAX527 operates wth 15V power supplies, the the
MAX526 utilizes -5V and +12V to +15V sumo 103 O"set, gain,
and Inearity are factory calibrated to prOVIoe the MAX526's
ILSB total unadjusted error (TUE),
These devices feature double-buffered interface logc with a
12-bit input reg'ster and a 12-bit DAC regIster Data in the DAC
'eg'ster sets the DAC output voltage The MAX5fE/MAX527
have an 8-bit-wioe data bus Data is loaded Into the input
regrslor using two erto operations w th an 8-bit LSB write load
apd a 4-b'It MSB write Ioad. An asynchronous load DAC
(LDAC) Input transfers data from the input register to the DAC
register All logtc inputs are TH and CMOS compatible.
The MAX526/MAX527 are available h 24-pin, 300 mil plastic
DIP, Ceramic SB. and wide so packages.
