The M54/74HCT08isa high speed CMOS QUAD
2-INPUT AND GATE fabricatedin silicon gate2 MOS technology.It has thesame highspeed per-
formanceof LSTTL combined with true CMOS low
power consumption. The internal circuitis com-
posedof2 stages including buffer output, which
gives high noise immunity and stable output.Allin-
puts are equipped with protection circuits against
static discharge and transient excess voltage.
This integrated circuit has input and output charac-
teristics that are fully compatible with 54/74 LSTTL
logic families. M54/74HC devices are designedto
directly interface HSC2 MOS systems with TTL and
NMOS components. They are also plugin replace-
ments for LSTTL devices givinga reductionof
power consumption.
