DESCRIPTION

The 74HC241 is an advanced high-speed CMOS
OCTAL BUS BUFFER (3-STATE) fabricated with
silicon gate C2 MOS technology.
Each G and G control inputs governs four BUS
BUFFERs.
This device is designed to be used with 3 state
memory address drivers, etc.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess
voltage.
