DESCRIPTION

The M54HC157isan high speed CMOS QUAD2
CHANNEL MULTIPLEXER fabricated with silicon
gateC2 MOS technology.
These device consist of four 2-input digital
multiplexer with common select and strobe inputs.
When the STROBE inputis held high, selectionof
datais inhibited andall the outputs become low.
The SELECT decoding determines whether theAB inputs get routedto their correspondingY
outputs.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits
against static discharge and transient excess
voltage.
