General DescriptionThe LMD18201isa3A H-Bridge designedfor motion control
applications. The deviceis built usinga multi-technology
process which combines bipolar and CMOS control circuitry
with DMOS power devicesonthe same monolithic structure.
The H-Bridge configurationis idealfor driving DC and step-
per motors. The LMD18201 accommodates peak output
currentsupto 6A. Current sensing canbe achieved viaa
small sense resistor connectedin series with the power
ground lead. For current sensing without disturbingthe path currenttothe load,the LMD18200is recommended.
