General Description
The LH0033and LH0063are high speed, FET input, voltage
follower/buffers designedto provide high current driveat
frequencies fromDCto over 100 MHz. The LH0033will
provide g10mAinto1kX loads (g100mA peak)at slew
ratesof 1500V/ms.The LH0063will provide g250mAinto
50X loads (g500mA peak)at slew ratesupto 6000V/ms. addition, both exhibit excellent phase linearityupto MHz.
Bothare intendedto fulfilla wide rangeof buffer applica-
tions suchas high speed line drivers, video impedance
transformation, nuclear instrumentation amplifiers,op amp
isolation buffersfor driving reactive loads and high imped-
ance input buffersfor high speedAtoDsand comparators. addition,the LH0063can continuously drive 50X coaxial
cablesorbe usedasa yoke driverfor high resolution CRT
displays.For additional applications information,see AN-48.
These devicesare constructed using specially selected
junction FETsand active laser trimmingto achieve guaran-
teed performance specifications. The LH0033is specified
foroperation from b55§Cto a125§C;the LH0033Candthe
LH0063Care specified from b25§Cto a85§C.The LH0033 availablein eithera 1.5W metal TO-8 packageoran 8-pin
ceramic dual-in-line package. The LH0063is availableina 8-pin TO-3 package.
