The INA203=20 V/V INA203, INA204, and INA205 can sense drops
across shuntsat common-mode voltages from –16V– INA204=50 V/V to 80 V. The INA203, INA204, and INA205 are– INA205= 100 V/V available with three output voltage scales:20 V/V, 50• Dual Comparators: V/V, and 100 V/V, withupto 500-kHz bandwidth. Comparator1 With Latch The INA203, INA204, and INA205 also incorporate– Comparator2 With Optional Delay two open-drain comparators with internal 0.6-V
references. On 14-pin versions, the comparator• Common-Mode Range: –16Vto80V references can be overridden by external inputs.• High Accuracy: 3.5% (Maximum) Over Comparator1 includesa latching capability, andTemperature Comparator2 hasa user-programmable delay. 14-pin• Bandwidth: 500 kHz versions also providea 1.2-V reference output.
