FSA1156 • FSA1157 Low RON Low Voltage SPST Analog Switch November 2003 Revised January 2005 FSA1156 FSA1157 Low R Low Voltage SPST Analog Switch ON General Description Features The FSA1156 and FSA1157 are high performance SingleMaximum 0.9Ω On Resistance (R ) for 4.5V supply ON Pole/Single Throw (SPST) analog switches. The devices at 25°C feature ultra low R of 0.75Ω (typical) and will operate ON 0.3Ω maximum R flatness for 4.5V supply ON over the wide V range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The devices are CC Broad V operating range: 1.65V to 5.5V CC fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds. The select input is TTL level com-Fast turn-on and turn-off time patible. The FSA1156 has Normally Open operation and Over-voltage tolerant TTL compatible control input the FSA1157 has Normally Closed operation.
