Quad Differential Line Receivers
General Description

The DS26LS32and DS26LS32Aarequaddifferentiallinere-
ceivers designedto meetthe RS-422, RS-423and Federal
Standards 1020and 1030for balancedand unbalanced digi-
tal data transmission.
The DS26LS32and DS26LS32A havean input sensitivityof
200 mV overthe input voltage rangeof ±7V andthe
DS26LS33 havean input sensitivity of500 mVoverthe input
voltage rangeof ±15V.
The DS26LS32A differin function from the popular
DS26LS32 and DS26LS33in that input pull-up and
pull-down resistorsare included which prevent output oscil-
lationon unused channels.
Each version providesan enableand disable function com-
montoall four receiversand features TRI-STATE® outputs
with8mA sink capability. Constructed using low power
Schottky processing, these devicesare available overthe
full militaryand commerical operating temperature ranges.
