7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation

The BLF6G22-180PN and BLF6G22LS-180PN are capable of withstanding a load
mismatch corresponding to VSWR=10: 1 through all phases under the following
conditions: VDS =28 V; IDq= 1600 mA; PL = 180 W (CW); f = 2170 MHz.
