General Description
The ADC08031/ADC08032/ADC08034/ADC08038 are
8-bit successive approximationA/Dconverters with serialI/
Oand configurable input multiplexerswithupto 8channels.
The serial I/Ois configuredto comply withthe NSC
MICROWIRETM serial data exchange standardfor easyin-
terfacetothe COPSTM familyof controllers,andcan easily
interface with standard shift registersor microprocessors.
The ADC08034and ADC08038 providea 2.6V band-gap
derived reference.For devices offering guaranteed voltage
reference performance over temperature see ADC08131,
ADC08134and ADC08138. track/hold function allowsthe analog voltageatthe posi-
tive inputto vary duringthe actual A/D conversion.
The analog inputscanbe configuredto operatein various
combinationsof single-ended, differential,or pseudo-differ-
ential modes.In addition, input voltagespansas smallas1V
canbe accommodated.
