2.5 V to 5.5 V, 500 μA, Quad Voltage Output 8-/10-/12-Bit DACs in 10-Lead Packages The AD5304ACPZ-REEL7 is a quad, 8-bit, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) manufactured by Analog Devices (AD). It operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply and consumes low power, making it suitable for portable and battery-powered applications. The device features an on-chip output buffer amplifier that can drive the output to both supply rails. It also includes a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. The AD5304ACPZ-REEL7 communicates via a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. It is available in a 16-lead LFCSP (lead frame chip scale package) and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
