Madewitha high-speed Schottky process, thesedevices will provide upto 1.5Aof eithersourceor sink current froma totem- -poleoutput stage configured for minimalcross-conduction current spike.
The UC3709is pin compatible with theMMH0026or DS0026, and while the delaytimes are longer, the supply currentis muchless than these older devices.
With inverting logic, these units feature complete TTL compatibilityat the inputs withan output stage that canswing over30V. This design also includes thermal shutdown protection.
