DESCRIPTION The TSM221 is a space-saving monolithic IC
which includes a dual Rail to Rail op-amp and a
micropower dual comparator, using a CMOS pro-
cess. This mixed circuit is a general purpose ana-
log block for Telecom or Industrial applications, of-
fering an integrated high performances solution.
