switches, with very low switch ON-state resistance. The TS12A4516is normally open (NO). The TS12A4517is
normally closed (NC).
These CMOS switches can operate continuously witha dual supplies between±1V and±6V [(2V< (V+– V–)< V]. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The OFF-leakage current maximumis only5 nAat 25°C 10 nAat 85°C.
