shifter solution for LCD monitors.
The device integratesa boost converterto generate
the source driver supply voltage (VAVDD), positive and
negative charge pump controllersto generate gate
driver ON (VGH) and OFF (VGL) voltages, and an6-
channel level shifterina single IC. The positive
charge pump controller supports temperature
compensationto reduce VGHat high temperatures. additionto the above functions, the TPS65155
generatesan additional active-low XAO reset output.
