The TPS6030x devices area family of switched- Input Voltage Range From 0.9Vto 1.8V voltage converters designed specifically for space-• Regulated 3-Vor 3.3-V Output Voltage critical battery powered applications.• Upto 20-mA Output Current The TPS6030x step-up, regulated charge pumps• High Power Conversion Efficiency (upto 90%) generatea 3-V (±4%)or 3.3-V (±4%) output voltageOvera Wide Output Current Range, Optimized for froma 0.9-Vto 1.8-V input voltage (one alkaline,1.2-V Battery Voltage NiCd,or NiMH battery). Additional Output With2 Times VIN (OUT1) Only five small 1-µF ceramic capacitors are required• Device Quiescent Current Less Than35 µA to builda complete high efficiency DC-DC charge
