The device containsa 500-mΩ Low ON-Resistance current-limited P-channel MOSFET that can operate
overan input voltage rangeof 1.62Vto 4.5Vas well– rON= 300-mΩat VIN= 4.5V asa low-dropout (LDO) regulator witha fixed output– rON= 350-mΩat VIN= 3.3V voltageof 1.8V.– rON= 400-mΩat VIN= 2.5V The switchis controlled by an on/off input (EN1),– rON= 600-mΩat VIN= 1.8V which can interface directly with low-voltage control Integrated 100-mA Minimum Current Limit signals.
