The device containsa N-channel• Input Voltage: 0.75Vto 3.6V MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage• On-Resistance rangeof 0.75Vto 3.6V. An integrated charge pump
biases the NMOS switch to achievea minimum– RON= 18.3 mΩat VIN= 3.6V switch ON resistance. The switchis controlledby an– RON= 19.6 mΩat VIN= 1.8V on/off input (ON), whichis capable of interfacing– RON= 19.4 mΩat VIN= 1.2V directly with low-voltage control signals.
