use high performance glass passivated chip tech-
nology, housed in a fully molded plastic
ISOWATT220AB package.
The SNUBBERLESSTM concept offers suppres-
sionof R-C network, andis suitable for applica-
tions such as phase control and static switch on
inductive and resistive loads.
