The SN74LVCH16541A isa noninverting 16-bit buffer of two 8-bit sections with separate
output-enable signals. For either 8-bit buffer section, the output-enable (1OE1 and 1OE2or 2OE1 and
2OE2) inputs must low for the correspondingY outputs active.If either output-enable inputis high, the
outputsof that 8-bit buffer section arein the high-impedance ensure the high-impedance state during power upor power down, OE should be tiedto VCC througha pullup
resistor; the minimum valueof the resistoris determinedby current-sinking capabilityof the driver.
