The SN74LVC1G17 contains one buffer and performs the Boolean functionY=A. The device functions asan
independent buffer, but becauseof Schmitt action,it may have different input threshold levels for positive-going
(VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals.
NanoStar™ and NanoFree™ package technologyisa major breakthroughinIC packaging concepts, using the
dieas the package.
This deviceis fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. TheIoff circuitry disables the outputs,
preventing damaging current backflow through the device whenitis powered down.
