### **Description:**  
The SN74LS273 features eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with a common clock (CP) and a master reset (MR) input. On the rising edge of the clock pulse, the data (D) inputs are transferred to the outputs (Q). A LOW on the master reset (MR) clears all outputs to LOW, regardless of clock or data inputs.
