SNx4HC595 8-Bit Shift Registers With 3-State Output Registers Features 3 DescriptionThe SNx4HC595 devices contain an 8-bit, serial-in, 8-Bit Serial-In, Parallel-Out Shift parallel-out shift register that feeds an 8-bit D-type• Wide Operating Voltage Rangeof2Vto6V storage register. The storage register has parallel3-• High-Current 3-State Outputs Can Drive Upto15 state outputs. Separate clocks are provided for both
LSTTL Loads the shift and storage register. The shift register hasa
direct overriding clear (SRCLR) input, serial (SER)• Low Power Consumption: 80-μA (Maximum) ICC input, and serial outputs for cascading. When the• tpd=13ns (Typical) output-enable (OE) inputis high, the outputs arein• ±6-mA Output Driveat5V the high-impedance state. Low Input Current:1 μA (Maximum)
