DescriptionThis single Schmitt-trigger bufferis operationalat 0.8-to 2.7-V VCC, butis designed specifically for 1.65-V 1.95-V VCC operation.
The SN74AUC1G17 contains one buffer and
performs the Boolean functionY= A. The device
functions as an independent buffer, but becauseof
Schmitt action,it may have different input threshold
levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going
(VT–) signals.
NanoFree™ package technology is a major
breakthroughinIC packaging concepts, using the die the package.
This deviceis fully specified for partial-power-down
applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the
outputs, preventing damaging current backflow
through the device whenitis powered down.
