DESCRIPTIONThe ’AHC139 devices are dual 2-lineto 4-line decoders/demultiplexers designed for 5.5-V VCC operation.
These devices are designedto be usedin high-performance memory-decoding applications
requiring very short propagation delay times.In high-performance memory systems, decoders canbe used minimize the effectsof system decoding. When used with high-speed memoriesa fast enable circuit, decoders and the enable timeof the memory usually are the typical access means the effective system delay introducedby the decodersis negligible.
